Just called to see if they had a particular tile in stock, I was informed that I needed to call Huntsville. I could not understand, why I needed to call Huntsville when I live in Birmingham. I was informed by the unnamed sales associate to see if they had it in stock, I was not offered the opportunity to order it from them or see if they had a similar product in stock. Very disappointing.
