I ordered to go but from what I seen it was a good clean restaurant with friendly service. However, I did not enjoy my 10 piece wings, I got half hot lemon pepper and half cool ranch and I was so disappointed in both. They were not flavorful at all! I'm thinking maybe it was an one off and I'll try again but I'm totally disappointed today

Feeling a little disappointed after our last order. My boyfriend and I place a to go order each. He received his food first even though I ordered before he did. My order was supposed to be ready by 7:26 and wasn't ready until 7:58. On my order (as you can see on the attached pictures) there was no jalapeños, even though I paid extra for them, the bun was not toasted, and the burger was not well done instead of medium well. Typically this place can be great. If it's a busy night a lot of things get missed. Between two to go orders additional jalepenos on a burger and a side of Mac n cheese which we were charged were not included in the bags and a two easily fulfillable requests were ignored (crispy bacon and bbq sauce on the side which wasn't included at all in my order). My ticket which was entered after my girlfriends was ready ten minutes before my girlfriends. If ordering to go be sure to check your food for everything before leaving.

smells like sewage and AC isnt running cold. Staff was nice. we used to love big city wings but this turned us off of them

Really disappointing experience. The staff was rude, and I found out that my order was incomplete when I got home after a 15-minute drive. I went back to ask for some kind of compensation, and they told me there was nothing they could do. Terrible customer service all around.

Second time I've come in and there is a sewage smell. The bartender said the drain backs up. That was two weeks ago. I won't be back. This is something that could have been fixed if you cared.

Do NOT go here. Manager Ashley is the worst! We didn't even complain but she insisted to know why we didn't eat our meal and when we finally told her she got offended and then bitched at us for "yelling" at her. We then asked the table next to us who confirmed she was crazy, wtf!!

My sons and husband loved the wings. My Dirty Bird Sandwich was okay. Hard to eat because it was so messy. The onion rings were good. The server was nice but oh my gosh. The service was so so so slow. It took 19 minutes to get our drinks. 23 to get our food. Then another 20 to get the check. Place was less than halfway full. 2 people sitting at the bar. I won't go back. Waiting so long is a turn off big time.

The service here is awful! Twice we've been here, both times we have to get them to wipe down our table. Food is ok, but if you get boneless or fries check to make sure your food is hot. Twice our fries were cold. This place has potential if they can get their wait staff trained better. Customer service goes a long way.
