Sub par customer service. Our account was mistakenly cancelled, once they reinstated it we had problems. We promised resolution on 3 different occasions by support, each time I would be called back the next day and told they could not provide the resolution they promised because I was working with someone who 'didn't know anything about the service they were talking about'. Seems to be a tech company who is more interested in sticking you with a contract than providing a service that makes you want to stay. Birdeye customer of 2 years that will not return.
