So bad..almost comical TUES.... I should have known it was going to be bad when I had to walk out in the middle of the street to flag down the estimator, who was unable to find my house. After he had taken gotten all his needed info he left and I made an appointment to come in on Wedneday so my wife and I could pick out the carpet we like. Would Not Recommend Bixby Knolls Carpet was super knowledgeable and upfront right off the bat. My husband and I felt comfortable with them and didn't feel like they were being pushy. Steve was great to work with. The problems came when it came time to install. We hired BKC to install carpet upstairs, hardwood downstairs and marble in the master bathroom and all guest bathrooms.
