I love Black Bear Diner in Goodyear, AZ. Our server is always Kayla. She is an absolute asset to your team and she is a keeper. If I cannot have Kayla to serve me I will not eat there. Also I am told that the Goodyear diner is very very much better that the Gilbert Black Bear Diner. THANK YOU for your awesome food and service
The side salad was full of water. I guess it would be too much trouble to invest in a salad spinner to remove most of the water. I give the salad a thumbs down. My fried chicken dinner was good.
I am writing mainly to let you know about the appearance of your restaurant. I was NOT happy with that aspect. There were several pieces of trash on the carpet. The service area was very messy, as we were sitting right across from it. The spoon at my setting was obviously previously used, as it looked like it had been licked and even had food on the back of it! Our server jazmin was outstanding. Over all high 10 she made us feel as if we eat there all the time especially being visitors from vegas. So many fabulous things I could say about her.
