Went to Black Bear Diner for the first time since the pandemic this week and it is definitely still one of my favorite places to eat. We were seated almost immediately, food came fast, and everything was delicious. (I had the pot roast and my kids had the chicken strips) Our server was Twyla and she was so attentive, fun, and made the overall experience great. Definitely recommend the Black Bear!
I always have a great experience at black bear diner. The customer service is always so welcoming, friendly, and such a family setting. Today was my first experience after the COVID shut down and the staffing was slim but very efficient, accommodating, and fast. Helena was our waitress and she is always so welcoming and understanding. Even with the chaos of coming back to work after such a weird time she never let her smile, demeanor or customer service fall. Had breakfast (for dinner) here twice. Great food. Quick service. My waitress, Montana, was friendly and attentive.
