In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. We dine with neighbors every Saturday morning. Food and service is always great. Candy Riley is our favorite waitress and is always so cheerful.
I wanted to take a moment to point out the great service that we received from Hannah. She was wonderful and deserves the shout out. Friendly and efficient without bring obtrusive. I hope that this gets passed on to her. Thanks for the great service and the great food. No improvement needed.
