Had a delicious dinner on thursday. We tried the half rack ribs and met our expectations. Staff is always polite and friendly. One of my favorite places for sure.
Have you changed management? Quality has changed. Food seems to not fresh
Food was good. The service was okay. Apparently, your staff rounded the tip to a whole number despite what I wrote on the bill. Ordinarily, it would not be too big of a problem (numerically), but since this was business reimbursable expense it caused an accounting problem. From a legal and pure principle standpoint, your employees should NOT be changing the numbers customers write on the check. Instead of challenging the $0.53 (which I can as I must maintain the receipts), I will just not visit your restaurants again.
