Very disappointed on the menu and service. I came in undecided on what to have for a meal. once I saw the placemat with the new menu for chicken pesto penne. I was told that there wasn't any pesto in the restaurant and unable to serve to customer. the service was very slow and had to ask twice for something to drink
It’s my sons birthday and all he wanted to do is eat at black bear. I asked the waitress if they can sing him happy birthday. I was very disappointed to find out they they don’t do birthdays at Black Bear. My son was sad.
Here's the thing I like Black Bear Diner I come here once a month with my group of men I'm very disappointed that you discontinue parm chips you need to bring them back they were the best things you guys had and I always ordered double and a triple for another day snack my favorite thing at Black Bear Diner you get rid of Y
