After we were seated, it took 10 minutes for someone to help us. The cashier saw no one was taking our order, so he came over and took it. Then he hooked us up with Janae, who was professional and attentive. When our food arrived, my wife's order was in- correct and her toast was ice cold. My eggs could've been warmer as well. Janae fixed my wife's order and was prompt with coffee refills. It seems you have a few kinks to work out before this location has a grand opening. Good luck, we've been waiting for this store to open.
I am always happy to have Josh as my server. He is the best server there. Always professional, effecient, fast, and friendly. He makes Blackbear 5 stars.
I actually love Black Bear normally. This evening, however, was not the best experience. One of our guests ordered cole slaw. It was tasteless. He was not impressed. Then I ordered a meal to go for my daughter and when she was eating her BlackBerry cobbler she found a stem with thorns on it in it. Not the best experience....
