First off i would give you 10 🌟 but you don't get to comment if you do...so my issue the sausages. They got smaller just bigger.than norms please dont go down that path. What next Denny tiny breakfast. You guys do the best breakfast in town always telling people about you..and the great sausages...on a different note it would be great if you can open a location near Inglewood due to the new stadium and all the new hotels going up other chain are moving in ihop and norms..but you well and truly other a better product ..and i... read more

Let me start by saying that Blackbear Diner's menu is not really my cup of tea, and I have only been to the Torrance location because of family gatherings/birthday dinners. This is the only reason for my lower ratings on the overall and menu categories. On the plus side I would like to bring to your attention that I have consistently been impressed with Rhys' service at the Torrance location. My mother and myself Recently for the first time had the pleasure of eating at your restaurant. Jeanette, the hostess was just fabulous. She made us feel welcomed and made our experience all the Better. Even though the food wasn’t that great and I had to ask for coffee 3 times and lack of syrup that I never received, I still would come back and try the food again because of the warm friendly greeting we received from Jeanette. Thank you 😊

I tried calling 2 times after I left as the momma, Papa and baby bear statues had termites pouring out of them like I was watching a nature show and wasn't sure if anyone was informed at the restaurant that this was happening. No one answered. Breakfast was delicious. But service was spotty.

Hadn't been to this location in a while. We were greeted by Janettee and this lady totally brightened our day!!! Not only was the breakfast delicious, but the service was great as well. We will definitely come back more often but will make sure Janettee is there before we go. She is a delightful individual and I wish more places of business had someone like her to greet them.

We regularly eat breakfast and lunch here and everything is great. This is the second time we have come for dinner. It has been a disappointing experience both time. The staff for the most part seem flat and unmotivated (note our server Nathan was an aexception to this). The restrooms we not clean and we’re out of toilet paper. We have not received our food yet this time. Last time it was good, but not up to the Black Bear standards we expect. We have dined at at least 7 of your locations including the original in Mt Shasta ... read more
