I truly recommend this restaurant to come and eat.Portions are pretty big,service was good and quick,love the fresh desserts they offer here,not other place like this has them...love Choco chip cream pie!!!!
Visited this location after my first visit at Las Vegas, had a great experience,very friendly staff members food was fabulous,I tried the nutella pancakes with fresh strawberries.
We went there for teddy bear Tuesday. We ordered 2 adult entree’s and two kids meals. Food was ok, service was ok. My server Joshua upset me when he told me my kids had to have teddy bears to get their meals for free. Never had I ever been denied for teddy bear Tuesday if my kids didn’t actually carry a bear with them. I’ve been in Suisun & Vacaville numerous times before. I won’t be back for teddy bear Tuesday just for the simple principle of the matter.
The service is always excellent. And sometimes the food is excellent. I just can't figure out why the food is sometimes a real bomb.
We enjoy Black Bear Diner, but normally visit the one in Suisun City. Unfortunately, the one in Vacaville did not meet the standards to which we've become accustomed. Service was slow (admittedly, it was Memorial Day and the customer volume may have been higher), we never had our waters refilled, and we were surprised to learn the store did not offer a military discount (extra surprising since it was Memorial Day).
