In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. Patti the waiter was wonderful and very positive despite the number of table she had to serve.
Matt was our server and was amazing!! Can't say enough good things about him...he was the best. Tim was great also, very helpful. We were so impressed we told the manager, Chris, and she was so polite and sweet. Love eating here..great food and amazing service!!!
The service was excellent but I was not happy with my steak. I was expecting a thick steak for the price and the seasoning had too much salt and pepper.
I ordered you mild home-made sausage, and I had an allergic reaction. Would you please tell me what the ingredients are in your sausage? I really liked the taste, and so did my daughter, but ... I am not mad at your business, and no problems for me, but this is my first food allergy problem, and I would sure like to know what caused it. Thank you,

Our hosts should be going over every item of a togo order with each guest to ensure everything is as it should be.
