Black Bear has been our favorite breakfast place for a while. Hannah was a super sweet server and we enjoyed our experience!
Shannon is my favorite waitress. She always goes above and beyond. She is so friendly and made our experience fun. Shannon is very personal and will make sure you’re taken care of. Will definitely ask for her next time we’re in.
At first, our service was abysmal. The hostesses didn’t treat us well whatsoever, we waited for 40 minutes, and after we asked asked the manager if we could get seated at one of the 5 open tables, one of the hostesses corrected us condescendingly and said “actually, it’s been 36 minutes.” The manager was awesome, he apologized and took such great care of us!. We were greeted very kindly by the host and one of the servers. We were seated and as I passed three boots on the left it looked as if three groups had eaten there and those tables had not been cleared. The entire time I was there in your restaurant one of those tables was cleared I sat watching those tables for the longest time with the food and leftover plates just sitting there not being attended to. I came in for the harvest grain pancakes and the big juicy breakfast sausage. Now you don't have them anymore. very dissappointed
