The background music was too loud and it was hard to talk and listen at the table.
First I'd like to say my family has been enjoying Black Bear Diner for some time now. And normally have a wonderful experience. Although we have had a couple mild incidents at this location. 1830 Arden Way. We continue to go to this location due to close shopping, living nearby and not all experiences here have been bad. But upon exiting last night, we realized we had been locked in the diner. Hours say open until 10:pm but manager was very eager to get us out before 9.
