Great restaurant for a family Sunday brunch. The food is delicious and the service from SeanTara was excellent. Look forward to next time.

We were a party of 15 that I warned or tried to warn your restaurant that we were coming. We had to ask for service twice but did get served and then served royally. Our waitress got some help. We celebrated our friendship and the holidays with good food. Thank you. All is well and turned out okay.
My server was very new to black bear so when I received my chicken fried steak I very politely asked her if it was a child’s serving because I order this all the time and never had one that small. She brought my plate to kitchen to ask. A male server than approached my table and proceeded to tell me how he’s served hundreds of them and and that’s the size unless I want to pay way more. I was not happy at your restaurant. It was my husbands birthday we went there for breakfast. We inform the waiter we had the coupon for his free breakfast and a coupon for new people joining the diners club. I ask him if we could use both coupons at the same time. Free breakfast and free bear claw and coffee for new members. He said yes. So my husband got his meal, I ordered my breakfast and also ordered the bear claw. The food was delicious and large amounts. When we arrived, we knew that there was going to be a wait. ( 1/2 hour to be seated) It would have been nice to know that there was going to be another 30-40 minute wait for food. Don't know when a good time to come is anymore. We usually come in at different times in the morning, sometimes there a wait for a table, sometines not. But it seems like there's always a long wait for food

Hi Heather, Thank You for your feedback. On Saturdays and Sundays, if you arrive anytime after 8:00 am or so, there usually is a wait time that is longer for your meals to arrive, as the kitchen makes all orders fresh, and when table orders hit the kitchen in rapid fire, there will be a bit longer wait time for your meal to arrive. Monday thru Friday mornings, on most occasions, not a huge wait for your meals. I look forward to seeing you again soon. :)
