Used to be a great place, went quite often. Last time however messed up on my wife's sandwhich, tried to tell her it didnt come with the toppings listed on the menu. We checked the menu when we got home, she was right they made her sandwhich incoorectly, we called were promised a refund, a week later they pulled that sandwhich off the menu and still havent refunded us. Well brought my family to eat breakfast and I ordered huevos rancheros and let me tell you it was terrible it was bland no flavor I never had such a bad tasting meal and black bear and me and my family eat at several black bears across the Bay Area and the valley even Nevada I talked to the manager and he under stood were I was coming from and apologize and said that this was the black bear way Well let me tell you this is not a good version of this meal black bear should look up different recipes of this dish and i encou... read more
