Love the food but one of their waitresses attacked 2 girls (off duty). Will not be returning until she no longer works there even tho I have no relation to the two victims. I usually like to come in with my husband and kids but after this incident even off duty I do not feel safe taking my kids somewhere where someone is so unstable and will physically attack people. Super disappointed in this cause I love the food.
Very disappointed, , ordered the ham steak , , ham and potatoes were cold and the eggs over cooked , , not the first time this has happened, , I eat here on weekends , ,
Beware of this restaurant!! I came in Tuesday while heading out of town and got a pleasant meal. It was good food, but today I noticed that they had overcharged me on tip by over $40!!! Do Not Trust this restaurant with your money. They screwed up and now I'm going through a lengthy process to get over $40 back that should have never been taken in the first place. Someone that works here must have thought they could get away with adding extra to the tip and that is just not right!!!

I was excited after having my first experience at the Federal Way Washington Black Bear Diner! I finally convinced my friend, to go to the one in Orem. The decor was amazing as my last name is Bair.. actually bought two pair of the soft ankle socks for $4.99 each... I thought they would be $12 to $15! Chelsea was a pretty fantastic waitress. Have always had a great experience at Black Bear Diner in St. George but there is much to be desired for their Orem location on Saturday the 8th and In Idaho Falls multiple times(I'll never go back there. In Orem we were seated and waited for a long time for our waitress who had to be reminded we were their by the girl bussing the tables that seated us. We were not even brought drinks. The food was good the service not so much.
We waited 20 minutes to be seated, then a family the same size of ours walks in and they were seated before us. It wasn't busy and there were plenty of tables and employees standing around. We were about to walk out and a employee noticed so told us our table was ready then left. The lady in the front was checking people out and told us she didn't have time to seat us so we'd have to wait. Checked everyone one out. Another person came to pay and then she made us wait AGAIN.
