I hate to say I didn't like my meal as I was so looking forward to trying this place. I ordered the steak and shrimp with potatoes and seasonal vegetables. The steak was dry and well done (ordered it medium). The vegetables, broccoli and carrots, were mushy. I couldn't even eat them as they fell apart upon contact with my fork. The popcorn shrimp and potatoes were ok. The waitress, while friendly and prompt with drinks and salads, didn't come back to ask how the food was or I'd have told her. NO service, lack of attention is an understatement. Long wait, cold food, incorrect order and it was never corrected...one person (in our party of 3) didn't have any food, they took the incorrect food and never brought any food back for him!!!! Everyone was passing the buck when confronted with the problem...terrible!!!

Service was not good; we waited forever for her to greet us, take our order, come back and check on us, and bring us the check. We asked for things and never received them. My husband's order came out incorrect and was never fixed. We didn't enjoy the food, except for the children's pancakes which were huge and yummy. we won't be back any time soon.

Had the chicken fried steak and it was over cooked and the gravy was bland, my buddy ordered the same thing and his was that way too, his wife’s steak was over cooked and her veggies not all the way, one good thing was the clam chowder, it was awesome, going to try the breakfast there but if it’s the same I won’t go back, service was not good either.

Was very excited about coming here!! Talking about a let down! Wasn’t impress!! Needless to say I’m leaving after not being able to eat my food after sending it back twice... headed to eat dinner else where. Spent money on family and tip. Server told me a manager was would be at our table however no one came to us. Server took my order off the bill and basically never came back. According to these reviews looks like I am in the minority....not a great experience. Extremely slow service and food was not as good as I was expecting. I have heard such good things but don’t think I will be back for awhile. Work out your kinks or you won’t last.

We went on a busy Saturday morning. As we were seated, the hostess (although an accident) stabbed my finger with a fork causing me to bleed. No apology was offered, she merely said ‘what did that hurt?’ I said yes I’m bleeding asked for a bandaid. She said ‘Um I guess I can try’. We then waited for 10 minutes before someone brought a bandaid and took out drink order. 10 minutes later I received my coffee (with no cream) and was told their juice machine was out.
