I have a 1908 home with wood floors that hadn't been refinished since 1989. Manuel and his team brought the floors back to life. They were professional/punctual and knowledgeable. No dust! The price was reasonable! Look at my floors! There amazing! The before and after pics tell the story!
We called Blackwood because they had such high reviews, and now we are so glad to add our top review to the list. We had a perfect experience with a team that clearly cares about doing a job as perfectly as possible. We have a 120 year old house and they were able to finally add the floors the house was never built with - and work with an older home that isn’t perfectly square! We would and will recommend Blackwood to anyone seeking wood floor work
Blackwood Floors did an outstanding job installing our new Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. This job was a large project replacing flooring throughout our ranch home, and was pretty complicated as it is an older home built in the 40's. We have contracted with Manuel in the past, and once again we are thrilled with his work and the end product. Manuel and his team did a phenomenal job and we could not be happier. We very highly recommend Blackwood Floors!
Stunning!! Beautiful!! I am so pleased with the whole experience and my floor looks better than I ever imagined they would. Manuel and his crew did an amazing job. Blackstone did a great job. They put hardwood floors in two rooms and matched the existing floors. The finished product is beautiful. Manual was a great communicator. He let us know every step and the time he would arrive. He was always on time, clean and neat. There was almost no dust and one of the guys dusted everything. It was a great experience.
