Big name brands like McDonald’s, build their marketing and promotion around social media — especially on big holidays.

Things don’t always go as planned, though.

Social media is more than a broadcasting platform. It’s a channel that connects businesses with their existing customers and gives access to new ones. Online reputation is built one customer interaction at a time, that’s the secret sauce of reputation management, and millions of these interactions occurs every minute on social media.

With Social Media Publishing from BirdEye it’s incredibly easy for any business to manage scheduled social media content across multiple channels all in one place.
@McDonaldsCorp, rings any bell?
