How many communication channels do you use in your personal life? Even if you are someone who loves phone calls (something that\u2019s becoming rarer and rarer), it\u2019s not like you can make a call every time you need to contact someone while you\u2019re at work.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This isn\u2019t just limited to customers\u2019 personal lives. They are communicating with businesses the same way.&nbsp; According to a report by Microsoft, <a href=\"https:\/\/info.microsoft.com\/rs\/157-GQE-382\/images\/EN-CNTNT-Report-DynService-2017-global-state-customer-service-en-au.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">66% of customers<\/a> use at least 3 different communication channels to contact a business. So how can businesses adapt to this new reality?
