I've purchased flooring from Brian at Bloomington carpets multiple times over the years and they always have or can get exactly what I'm looking for at a much better price than the other places in town. Their installers came this past week to replace flooring in several rooms and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up everything after they were finished. I will for sure be back again next time! Definitely check them out if your in the market for new flooring

We had a great experience working with Brian and Jason. They were incredibly helpful in guiding us through flooring options, offering high-quality options at reasonable prices. The installation team was fantastic—professional + detail-oriented. We would definitely work with them again!
I’m incredibly disappointed and disgusted by the lack of customer service & support Bloomington Carpets operates with. They do not stand behind their contracts and have absolutely no communication with their installers. After purchasing and having installed new flooring, I am now stuck with a non-functioning toilet that needs repairing, two sets of doors that must be repaired and a house full of furniture that was not put back in place.
