Overall experience has been really good, the solar consultant we worked with, Chase has been very helpful in answering all our questions, very knowledgeable, the follow-ups have been very prompt, and honest. The Electrician and the installation team did an excellent job, on time and finished installing in the given time window, highly recommend their service.
The crew that did my install was fantastic. They were friendly and polite and defiantly knew what they were doing. They completed a two day job in one for my install! I watched them during the job on my house and they were very good with their team work. especially the electrician, he was very creative in designing the placement of the box and running all the electric lines almost like there not there.
Every part of the process was extremely smooth with Blue Raven. From my initial consultation with Conrad Oliver, I never felt like I was being pressured to sign up for anything. He was also great in guiding me to buy a system that fit my needs, and didn't try and oversell me or and any additional features that didn't make sense for me. Absolutely the best service. Every appointment was on time and the communication was great. The solar panels were installed today (took less than a half-day). Can't wait to see the savings. I highly recommend Blue Raven Solar.
