The team at Blue Raven was exceptional during the entire process from initial contact through installation. They were excellent during the setup phase as I talked to their customer service team who was very helpful and patient with me answering all of my questions and helping me understand the workings of my new system. Hannah Ricks is the best! She went out of her way - at every turn - to ensure that I was happy and comfortable with such an huge investment. I issues with the roof installer and they were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction because of her perseverance. I strongly recommend using her for your sales associate. In fact, if it wasn’t for her I would have been more frustrated with how long it took to get everything up and running (DTE wasn’t exactly speedy on their inspection). Great Experience - Blue Raven I recently contracted with Blue Raven for my solar system for our new CO home. I highly recommend this company. They answered all my questions taking the time to explain what I could expect throughout the process. The timing of the installation was as promoted by my salesman.
