After graduating from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in May of 1991, Dr. Yevgeny Kats completed the Waldo Podiatric Surgical Residency, a three-year surgical residency in Seattle, Washington, which is considered one of the top podiatric surgical residencies in the country.

Dr. Seal’s professional interests include comprehensive spinal care, degenerative and traumatic diseases of the cervical and lumbar spine, cervical myelopathy, spinal stenosis, and minimally invasive treatment of spinal disorders. He has published numerous articles in the medical literature and has presented his research at national meetings focusing on spine surgery.

Dr. Smith received a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Princeton University in 1994. He then attended the George Washington University in Washington, DC where he received a Masters of Public Health degree in 1996. After completion of his M.P.H., he moved to Richmond, Virginia where he attended Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine and earned his M.D.

Dr. Ward completed his Bachelor of Science degree with highest honors in Pharmacy from the Rutgers University College of Pharmacy in 2002. He remained at Rutgers University for his Medical Degree which he received in 2007. His academic achievements there earned him membership in the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Ramser is a native of the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. He attended the University of Virginia where he was elected Phi Beta Kappa and graduated with high distinction in 1983. He completed his medical training, both medical school and orthopedic residency, at the Medical College of Virginia.

Dr. Kim graduated from Pomona College in Claremont, California with a degree in economics. He earned his M.D. degree from New Jersey Medical School in Newark, N.J. Dr. Garretson received his Bachelor of Arts degree in engineering, graduating Magna Cum Laude, from Dartmouth College in 1987. He then received a scholarship from Stanford University where he earned his master of science in civil engineering in 1988. He is focused on exhausting non-operative treatment for his patients in order to help them get better without surgery. However, when non-operative treatment has failed to relieve symptoms and surgery is indicated, he strives to offer patients less invasive, non-fusion, and/or motion-sparing options so as to optimize patient outcomes.

Dr. Heller graduated with High Honors from Michigan State University where he earned his Bachelors of Science degree and then went on to earn his medical degree. After completion of his M.D. he and his wife moved to Chicago, IL where he completed an intern year and residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Brown completed a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the State University of New York at Albany in 1977. He attended Columbia University for graduate studies in Human Genetics until 1979 at which time he entered Georgetown Medical School. Upon graduation from Georgetown Medical School in 1983, he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
