They told me they would immediately order the part, but it could take a while because of COVID. I ended up totally forgetting about it. It is now September 17th. "I had an appointment for service on 8/24 for a software..." I had an appointment for service on 8/24 for a software upgrade. I was given a loaner & was advised by Anabel that because I had a loaner it would take till the end of 8/24-8/25 before the work would be completed. Anabel left a voice message 8/25 indicating that my car was ready for pickup. She also stated that I could contact her with questions. "Their service charges are extremely inflated compared to..." Their service charges are extremely inflated compared to what the BMW independant garages charge. They are also very slow to fix your car and they said they would wash the car after it was ready and the car was givin to me with dried soap and water spots all over the car and was dirty inside with grease all over the door panels and seats. Time to find a better and more conscientiousness place

When I was at about 15K miles, I went to the dealership for an oil change. The service advisor sent me a recommendation that I replace all 4 tires. They tried to charge me for service they said I missed (even though the car said it was not due for service) plus complained about dog hair in trunk and then claimed there were scratches from dogs on back bumper that I could barely see. "The experience at this dealership was the epitome of why..." The experience at this dealership was the epitome of why people HATE buying cars. Negotiating with through a sales person who has NO AUTHORITY with a nefarious sales manager who WILL NOT SPEAK WITH ME PERSONALLY. Emails were left unreturned for more than 24 hours. Phone calls never returned. They obviously didn't need my business and made me feel that I was doing them a favor by bring my business there. Go to TULLEY BMW for honest and personable customer service.
