"Their service charges are extremely inflated compared to..." Their service charges are extremely inflated compared to what the BMW independant garages charge. They are also very slow to fix your car and they said they would wash the car after it was ready and the car was givin to me with dried soap and water spots all over the car and was dirty inside with grease all over the door panels and seats. Time to find a better and more conscientiousness place

"The experience at this dealership was the epitome of why..." The experience at this dealership was the epitome of why people HATE buying cars. Negotiating with through a sales person who has NO AUTHORITY with a nefarious sales manager who WILL NOT SPEAK WITH ME PERSONALLY. Emails were left unreturned for more than 24 hours. Phone calls never returned. They obviously didn't need my business and made me feel that I was doing them a favor by bring my business there. Go to TULLEY BMW for honest and personable customer service.
