On Labor Day weekend I made the decision to by a BMW. I went to bayside BMW that Monday (mostly because rallye was closed) but also based on a family friend referral Bayside was a disaster. We dread going to dealerships to look at cars and negotiate a purchase or lease. Our experience at Rallye BMW and with our salesperson Gabriel Hale made the entire process easy and pleasant. We had difficulty choosing between an X3 and X5 and Gabriel patiently walked us through multiple options for each as it related to our lifestyle and was very competitive with pricing. This is my fifth BMW with this dealership and my third with Bert Vargas. I find him to be very professional and courteous. It is a pleasure to work with him. The fact that I keep coming back should speak for it self. I am in the service business so I understand the "right amount" of salesmanship. He is not overbearing.
