Gabriel has always made himself available whenever we needed to communicate or address our concerns. He is very professional and his response time is immediate!!! We started our search at BMW of Freeport but the agent (Lucy) took days to respond and we were made to feel like we were wasting her time. She lost the sale. Dealing with Gabriel Hale made up the difference!! Great job!!!
It was a pleasure working with Ross Lubell on getting my new 640x grand coupe. He was attentive, conscientious, and knowledgeable. As a BMW loyalist I was quite impressed at the level of service I received. He even picked me up personally and brought me to the dealership on delivery day! Great job.

This was our first time purchasing a BMW. The overall experience at Rallye was terrific. We were greeted everytime that we came in, offered a drink and a place to wait. Our advisor was Gabriel Hale. I found Gabe to be extremely patient and to work very hard to get us exactly what we wanted. He is a very professional young man and an asset to your company, so much so that we leased 3 cars from him within 7 months.
My experience with the dealership was very professional and positive. The sales rep was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I recommend this dealership based on my experience with Garbriel Hale. Every dealership should have a Gabriel Hale type sales team.
