I just had a fine experience with my salesman ross lubell at rally bmw .this is my firsy bmw and i feel it wont be my last.Ross was very knowlegdeable about the cars and answered any question i had.i was also impressed with his prompt service by answering my call on a holiday
Ross made the buying experience a pleasure. He is knowledgable , professional, and congenial. He went through the buying process patiently and explained everything thoroughly. Most importantly there was never any pressure or underhanded tactics to make a sale. I would buy another car from Ross at my next purchase.

We checked out a few other dealerships before settling on Rallye. Their customer service was great and they had plenty of models on hand that fit exactly what we were looking for. Bert and Amanda were very responsive. They helped with all our questions about the car, financing, options, etc. I would highly recommend both Rallye & Bert. Robert Wachsman is one of the best salesman I've worked with in a very long time. Mr. Wachsman is very knowledgeable, honest and NOT pushy. He has a very nice demeanor about him and is truly a very pleasant descent man who is also very personable. When I am in Robert's office I feel he is more like my friend than my salesman. If I had to recommend Robert Wachsman I'd recommend him in a heart beat it wouldn't even be a thought. Robert has made my experience with Rallye BMW a pleasant one.
Two months ago, I purchased an x3 280i at Rallye motors in Westbury, Long Island and I was very pleased with the salesmanship of Ross Lubell. Today, my car required an unscheduled visit to the Rallye Service Dept. and while waiting for my car, I saw Ross Lubell walking by.
