The Rallye team was professional, knowledgeable, patient, responsive, competent and friendly is a given. In particular, Gabriel Hale had an ability to understand our needs and connect with us around them. Gabriel recognized that Rally BMW cars sell themselves. He recognized that we, his clients (and I imagine most people who choose to purchase a BMW), appreciate that less is more. He loves cars and enjoys his customers. And that matters and shows. A+.

Bert Vargas was definitely a breath of fresh air when it comes to the car shopping experience. He worked with me in meeting my specific needs and did what he could to make me happy. Absolute pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new or used BMW. Sales staff was professional and helpful. I was coming close to a lease end and after test driving the BMW I was sold. Igal was very helpful with picking out a new car and assisting with options to meet my desired price range. I was extremely impressed with the whole process and how seamless the process was. Within 48 hours of test driving I was in my brand new BMW.
