To start my review of Rallye BMW I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone on the East Coast. My salesman was Brian Cano and he was more than exceptional. Coming from a bad experience with another BMW dealership I almost gave up on my dream to own a BMW. I am more than glad that I decided to give Rallye a shot and my expectations were blown away. Service was great. I would certainly use them again. I would recommend the service department to everyone. They were fast an efficient and very friendly.
If you are looking for a place to buy a BMW go to this dealer. It is hands down the best one and I'm not the only person who says that my entire family buys their cars from here. The sales people are the friendliest especially Bert Vargas. You can't go wrong if you get your car from here. Make sure you ask for Bert.
Darren Thomsen was an excellent salesperson. He was very easy to deal with and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking to purchase a car. Pavlo Tupychak was the person that showed me how to use the car, He was very thorough and he made it easy to understand the mechanics of the car.
A few weeks ago, my son and I met with Bob Wachsman, looking to purchase a used 2013 BMW 328xi. In less than two weeks, Bob called us having located the perfect car. He was very accommodating, working around our schedules. When we came in on Saturday to test drive the car, Bob was waiting for us at the entrance. Easy to deal with. Friendly. Immaculate showroom. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. My experience with Rallye, whether it be Lexus or BMW has been very good.
Bert Vargas is the best car salesman I have encountered thus far. He is extremely knowledgable and professional. In addition, he displays a very high level of patience and courtesy. His assistance in transitioning me from a trade-in to a brand new lease was as smooth as it can get. His excellent work ethics will definitely earn my future business.
What can I say! Ross Lubell was fantastic! I walked into the dealership on Friday7/12 to test drive a 650I and drove out with it a few hours later. Ross was a complete professional! He made the drive from Connecticut worth it, as well as his Sales Manager, Frank and Finance Director, Amanda. The whole experience from beginning to end was GREAT!
