Rallye was the 3rd BMW dealership I visited and by far the best. Aside from being the largest of the 3, with the most stock to choose from, the salesperson and resident BMW Genius were friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and extremely helpful. The test drive experience was a welcomed departure from the norm, where I was made aware of everything the car had to offer and the difference between the various driving modes.This was only surpassed by the thorough walkthrough of features I received after i purchased the vehicle.
Robert Wachsman makes buying a car too easy. He is professional, kind, value oriented, smart and keeps your best interest at heart. He is all about the relationship and works extremely well w/all the other dealer personnel. Our salesman Ross has made our buying experience a truly memorable one from beginning to end. He is an asset to the dealership and one of the reasons we purchased our car from Rallye BMW. He even stayed after closing time twice to help us. Although we ran late, it was a pleasure to walk into a welcoming smile every time we came. He even stayed in contact with us on his personal vacation.
I went to a few other BMW dealers and then I was referred to Joe Sobin at Rallye and my experience working with Joel was great. He showed me the car, set up a test drive and gave me a good deal.
