i own cars in both NY and Florida and i must say that the service i get in NY at Rallye with Matt Carlson as my service manager is second to none. He is the best. i am always taken care of and always satified with the quality and professionalism of the work Matt does for me. i enjoy the BMW service experience becuase of Matt.

I needed to drop off my car for a quick recall repair. Matthew had me out the door with a loaner car in 10 minutes. He is very prompt and professional and I highly recommend this dealership.
My experience with Rallye for the past 2 years has been great. Carol Clark-Muniz is great in the service department. I just felt she was doing the best for me putting in the necessary paper work and keeping me posted on status of service. I look forward to many more years with Rallye.
IN ALL MY YEARS OF SERVICING HIGH END CARS AT THIER RESPECTIVE DEALERSHIPS NOBODY HAS EVER TAKEN BETTER CARE OF ME THEN MATT CARLSON.
