Prior to visiting Rallye BMW I visited other BMW dealers on Long Island. Rallye was by far the most impressive and made my car buying experience one of the best I have had. My salesman Shane Pita was a pleasure to work with, he was very knowledgable. He answered all of my questions and was not pushy like the sales people i dealt with at the other BMW dealers. Shane was a true professional and was great to work with. I would recommend him to any who is looking for a new BMW.
Matt Carlson always goes above and beyond. He is most definitely one of the main reasons I would continue to transact with Rallye motors. His attention to detail in service is equally as good as George Javier's attention to detail in sales. I will always recommend Rallye and them both specifically.
Lauren is super friendly. She is very knowledgeable and able to explain everything very well. My overall experience with Lauren has been great and am very pleased.
