I first must tell you that I hate hate going to car dealerships. I decided recently ,along with my son, to reluctantly visit BMW Rallye in Westbury. The building and display of cars were amazing but I was not gonna be fooled by this. I was preparing myself for the harassment by a salesperson. Gabriel suggested the certified used cars which are solid and I'm happy that I went with the one and the maintenance plan so my brakes and everything is included
My experience with Gabe Hale was excellent! He worked with the price within my budget and suggested the important extras I needed! Day of pickup was flawless, Gabe took his time to provide me one on one customer service by taking me thought the loan process and explaining and reviewing the features of my car before I left the dealership. Rally has an excellent customer service team from walking in through the door to the service team. What a nice experience everytime I go.
Gabriel Hale was easy to work with; a good negotiator; very professional. I have bought 8 or 9 cars excluding this car and have to say that it was the best experience. I can't remember the name of the finance guy that I worked with but he is Asian was also very good. Thanks.
The dealership is always a pleasant visit . Gabe built me a car and when I needed to change the wood color on his day off his colleague ms James helped me change it which impressed me of the teamwork
After several visits to Rallye and countless questions (I had to be sure I looked at every preowned X5 Rallye had to offer before I made a decision) I recently purchased a certified preowed X5 from George Javier. About two weeks ago I bought a CPO 3 series at Rallye BMW, Peter Diaz was the person I dealt with. Very pleased with the experience. Professional stuff, Peter even gave me his cell and was easy to reach when I had a few questions even on his day off. I asked for the bumper not to be drilled for the plate and the dealership did it with no questions asked. The car was very clean. Overall I would go there again for my next purchase and highly recommend the dealership to everyone!
I would recommend George to anyone! This was my first time buying a car and I was really pleased with the service I received. George made sure that I had answers to all of my questions.
