This is the second vehicle we have leased through Ryan at Rallye. We come from CT to deal with him because its worth the trip. My sister and parents also do business with Ryan, and that is how we got introduced. Both the sales and service team are professional and efficient!
Gabriel was very knowledgeable, friendly, and comforting. The atmosphere was very pleasant and professional. Overall I am very satisfied with the service and treatment I recieved from Gabriel and Rallye BMW.
Gabriel was a very friendly and approachable sales person with a lot of patience given the timelines and delay involved my side on taking delivery of the vehicle. He made sure all my issues were taken care of and the detailed car looked close to new. I would definitely do business with Rallye in the future and would strongly recommend Gabriel Hale.
I had the best automotive experience at a dealership . The salesperson, was so professional, enthusiastic about my purchase, I went in to just browse and look at some cars, and I will be making a purchase within a month, Gabrielle was so informative about the cars, answered all of my questions , it was quite pleasant, and the dealership is very very state of the art, unbelievable! definitely getting my next car from Gabrielle at Rallye

On December 27th, 2012 I purchased a new BMW X1 from Mike Pierleoni. Eric has been responsive from our first visit to being knowledgeable about BMW car models, to test driving preferred cars. He is compassionate about our car losses with Hurricane Sandy and helped to guide and support us with insurance company reimbursement delays. I found Mitch very easy to deal with. He was extremely informative about the car I was looking for and worked very diligently to find the "exact" car I was looking for. He also kept me informed as to when the car was expected to be delivered to the showroom and when I would be able to take ownership of it. The entire experience was great!
I just got the new 328 4 door sport line from Gabriel Hale . The car is amazing and he did a great job of showing me the car and explaining everything to me . Once my lease ends I will go only to Gabriel !
