After visiting Rallye BMW one evening to see what they had to offer (owning a mercedes) I was met with a great first impression. I went to the dealership to renew a lease and could not be happier with the service, George Javier as well as Gabrial Haim have been the guys I go to when I need cars for 10 years or so now. Working with Mitch was one opf the best new car experiences I have ever had. He worked the way I prefer to work - candid - direct -honest. The car sells itself so it comes down to an efficient sales experience. Mitch made it happen. One short visit to showroom, the rest of the discussions occurred by phone. e arrived at a fair price quickly and painlessly and my research shows I was treated fairly. The vehicle delviery process and training was superior. After 18 years in a Lexus, Rallye and Mitch may have converted me!!
Visits to Rallye feel not just like a luxury experience, but like a luxury experience, period. Similar to staying at a nice hotel. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and the facilities are beautiful.
George is very polite and easy to work with. He is informative and tries to present the best options available. The service department is attentive and cooperative and always does an excellent job.
