Brian met my wife and I as soon as we entered the building and we instantly hit it off. We felt absolutely none of the expected purchase pressure as he walked us through the options for our price range, and was understanding when we wanted to take some time to think about it and come back. After a few visits, we ended up with a 2011 3 series that we are absolutely in love with, and Brian helped us to find a plan that met our needs.
