This was my first experience with Rallye. I switched from another BMW dealer where the service was horrible, so I was prepared for more of the same. I couldn't have had a better experience! Besides a slight wait in the morning when I dropped my car off due to a computer glitch, the entire experience was flawless. I will use no one but them from now on.

Rallye never disappoints. Plenty of available appointments at any time of day for service. Employees are always courteous, professional, and honest. Amenities are excellent and make waiting for your car a positive experience. Highly recommended.

Our experience at Rallye BMW was excellent. Our client advocate, Bert Vargas , made the entire buying experience pleasant. He listened to our requirements, guided us to the right vehicle and managed to keep us within our financial limits. He coached us in selecting the right options and was able to quickly locate the car we wanted. The entire process took less than one week to complete. This is, by far,the best car-buying experience my wife and I have had--Zane and Mohammed were very professional in their dealings with us. We purchased our car at Rallye BMW and the most important thing about buying a car is the Service! Over the past 4 years whatever the problem they got it corrected! Chris Blanco who I deal with really gets the Service aspect down pat. When I call I get in ASAP a loaner car and his follow up calls to keep me informed as to the progress. The really great thing is not only the items I knew about but, things I had NO idea about get addressed. I had a great experience at Rallye. This was our sixth BMW, but only our first at Rallye. Luis delivered the exact car I wanted. He even came in on his day off to deliver my car to me. It was a painless and very pleasant process. I would recommend Luis and the Rallye team to anyone. I'm sure number seven will be at Rallye.
