Amazing service. Friendly staff. Didn't feel like I was going to get ripped off like at Habberstad BMW. I didn't have to wait very long for my car to be serviced which was nice.

This is my first BMW and from start to finish it has been by far my best experiece getting service at a dealership, ever. James kept me informed from start to finish without any atitude that you see at other dealerships. When i arrived i was greeted by James, explained my problem, recieved my loaner and out the door in minutes, and the same thing when i picked up my car. I am sold, loyal customer from now on.

I have always felt welcomed at Rallye but this prospect of picking out a replacement when my lease was up was daunting. Bill Wagner made the experiene very easy and welcomed me and my adult children as I pondered "sizing down" from an X5-X3. My test drive was fun and my decision easy all because of Bill. I showed up at the dealer without an appointment, as when I went to put air in my tire, noticed a big screw. I drove up and literally 5 mins later David O'Neil walked with me around the car and noted my problem. At the same time I showed him a scuff on top of my right side mirror. He asked all the right questions, such as if I have the tire protection, dent coverage. (I have both). Told me it should take about 1-1/2 hurs and directed me to the waiting room. Service department is Excellent!! I was checked in in no time at all. Everything was explained clearly. I normally don't wait for services to be done on my car because of long waits. Rallye promised under 2 hours and they were true to their word, and the car was washed and was showroom clean. They're Great!!!!!

The entire Rallye sales department was wonderful. Joel Sobin was attentive,responsive,and at all times easy to work with. The vehicle was beautifully detailed and perfectly presented.
