Excellent knowledge of BMW automobbiles, friendly service and follow up. Best- is no hard sales pressure or phony sales pitch. Would highly recommend Rallye and Ryan in particular.
My experience with my sales representative, George Kanes, was great. George was very well informed, courteous and friendly. The price for my new vehicle was very competitive and it was delivered on time, with no hassles. George set me up with a technician, Tim, who should me all of the nuances and features of my new car. I have purchased/leased cars in the past from George Kanes at Rallye BMW in the past. I highly recommend him and the dealership.
This is the third BMW we leased and both Bert and Gabe made the decision a very easy one. My wife and I always felt that we were not only getting special attention but buying a great product. Bert got us the price we could afford and spent the extra time reviewing the new benefits of the 528i. From sales to service we feel Rallye does an excellent job and makes our buying decision a very very easy one.
I purchased my first BMW at Hassle BMW as they were the closest dealer to my home. The service was so bad and impersonal that I refused to go back. EVERY time I needed service, it came with some unexpected "surprise". I dealt with Rallye BMW and Zane Radwan primarily over the phone and negotiated a great price for a pre-owned 2011 535i. Zane put in maximum effort to make this deal happen, despite hitting a few administrative problems. We got everything figured out, and I flew to NYC where they picked me up at the airport. I am just an average joe, so I wasnt sure how I was going to be recieved walking into this dealership, but I have to give credit where credit is due. The minute I walked in till I drove away with my new car I was treated professionaly. This was the best experience i have had buying a car. Henry Lou did an outstanding job as well as the rest of the staff I had dealings with. Both service manager, Kevin and the shop foreman took a significant amount of time to ensure they understood the problem. The shop foreman spent 30 minutes driving around with me to fully understand what the symptoms of the problem were. Although I had arranged for loaner, he asked me if I had time to wait 45-60 minutes because he believed that he knew what the problem was and he could likely fix it so that I could have my car immediately.
