I cannot say enough good things about Carol. Nothing was too much to ask for, and she always kept you updated on the status of your car, and the work being done. This is my second car that I leased from Rallye BMW. The major reason I returened is Ryan Schlotter, the sales representative that assisted me in leasing another 328XI. I took my 07 335i to Rallye NOT for regular service - oil change, brakes and etc BUT to upgrade my suspension. My upgrade was custom and somewhat complicated because I requested to install performance suspension (not part of my car) mixed in with M3 suspension elements. THE EXPERINCE WAS A TEN (EXCELLENT) THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE AGENCY WAS VERY ACCCOMODATING. MY STATE INSPECTION NEEDED TO BE DONE AND I JUST TOOK THE CAR IN WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT.
Car notified dealer it needed brake fluid flush- dealer called and accomodated my schedule for appt.Car service was completed in 1.25 hours as expected. Came out washed and ready to go. Very organized dealership that delivered an excellent customer experience

The staff was extermely friendly, accomodating, quick, responsive and helpful. I was able to get what I wanted in a timely fashion and had all my questions answered along the way. I am more than satisifed with my new car, and the best part is they had the exact car I built on my own in the showroom so I didn't need to wait for delivery. Was really great to get what I wanted when I needed it.
