This is our 7th car leased through Rallye. Always a great experience. No games - just facts and figures - no pressure. Everything done as promised. Service always great - loaners ready when car is brought in- great communication. Car ready when promised. Always washed and thoroughly checked for anything that might be needed. why would anyone go anywhere else?
I recently purchased an used '08 BMW 550i and within the first 2 weeks the brake fluid light came on so I now needed to decide where to bring it for service. The closest dealer to me is Rallye but in the past I've always been told to avoid Rallye from posts I read on forums. Our experience at Rallye exceeded our expectations. George is professional, friendly, knowledgeable about the BMW brand and product, and efficient. I had a unexpected repair that needed to be taken care of at once. I was met with understanding and was taken care of immediately, all of my requests were met. I was pleased that it was not a problem for them to meet my needs without an appt.
As this was a new car---David was extremely responsive, as he always is, and addessed the problem immediately--Also, a short follow-up visit was scheduled and I was finished in 15 minutes. Always a good experience.
Anthony was excellent! He was very attentive and accommodating. He made sure I had a loaner car waiting for me. He was in touch with me, giving me updates on the status of my car. He made sure they found the problem and corrected it.
