MY 2009 X5 needed its 45,000 mile service. Was able to set up an appointment easily. When discussing what needed to be done, it was also determined that the fuel injectors needed to be service. Initially I thought that it was an addon since it is not covered on the free maintenance plan. When I got the vehicle back it did accelaerate much smoother. George answered all my questions prior to and after delivery. He knew all the answers and got back to me promptly on questions that needed research. He was courteous and friendly and presented the vehicle I was interested in very clearly. Amanda explained the financing options very well and came up with rates that were better than I could obtain on my own.
Joel couldn't have been any easier to work with. He explained everything well. Both he and Louis were patient while explaining the ins and outs of the car. I would highly recommend your dealership.
Joel, as he has been in the past, had all the sale documents ready to go when I got to Rallye. Any questions I had about the car were answered immediately and any concerns were quickly addressed. As I have done in the past, I will continue to recommend both Rallye and Joel to my friends.

I serviced our 2006 BMW with Rally for years , and it was time for a new car, so working with Michael was just great ,no pushing or pressure , went back a few times and then we waited for the new designed 2012 - X3 model that Michael said would fit our needs. I was looking to lease a new car but unsure which brand. I walked into Rallye and met Richie. He was extremely helpful. We took a test drive in the 328XI and Richie explained all of the options. This was the seller! He spent alot of time with me and he realized that this was going to be a big decision. He was very patient and not pushey. It was a truly a nice experience.
