the service in Westbury is always excellent. I've never had a bad experience. From the minute I pull in until I get my loaner it is always pleasant. The Rallye dealership is superb. I have a few BMW's from different dealerships, but Rallye's service is far superior. My sales representative, Denny Kwon is amazing and calls to check on me/remembers my voice when I call. Bert as well as the entire staff was great from the time we were greeted at the door until we left with our 328xi wagon. Bert did not use high pressure sales but instead made sure that we were buying the right vehicle for our family. I have been a Rallye customer since 1990. They are professional, attentive, caring and there is NO sales pressure to purchase or lease any car. They care about the customer and I definitely recommend my salesperson, Richard DeAngelo, for any purchase or lease needs.
I would recommened this dealership because the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The facility itself is very big and offers lots of areas for you to wait comfortably for your car.
