I was very pleased with my experience at Rallye BMW. The service was exceptional and the entire staff was friendly and accommodating. They had the exact CPO I was looking for and I'm very pleased with my purchase.
In all my experiences either purchasing or leasing vehicles have I had the pleasure of working with a more professional and knowledgeable salesman than Stephen Barbera of Rallye BMW.
My saleperson, Rich was forthcoming and honest. He made the entire transaction very straightforward and easy, and carefully layed out all of the price items and payment terms. I would highly recommend Rich and the Rallye team.

From the moment I pull my car into the service area I receive immediate and professional treatment. My service experience was efficient and surprisingly pleasant. I waited for my vehicle and found the cafe area perfect for the short wait. Turn around time was right on target and m next appt is already scheduled. My recent purchase at Rallye went smooth from when Mr. Barbera introduced himself to me until when Mr. Pichardo felt comfortable that I understood the workings of the vehicle to let me go. +Customer service is very friendly and professional. Take great care to explain the service proecess and also provide helpful info on how to use various features on the car. I find most of the Rallye staff easy to work with and enthusiastic about their jobs.
