The service was excellent. I am impressed by the level of attention, interest, and the overall superb handling of my vehicles maintenance. Though the M3 is an excellent vehicle, it requires specialized attention due to it's complexity. I was very pleased with the professionalism and the superb outcome of this most recent visit. My experience with Brian was absolutely wonderful. He catered to all of my needs, made sure I was comfortable with each portion of the process and was constatntly available to field any questions I had. Dealing with a car guy throughout the process made the decision to go with Rallye a no brainer - I will surely be recommending him to family and friends.

Diana made my service appt and professionalism, courtesy and kindness! She is such a doll! I was met in the service drive by a few valets all happy to greet me and wish me a "good morning!". My service advisor, David O'Neil met me there too. Escorted me into his cubical and listened to all my concerns with my 1991 325ic with 137,538 miles. You know when you bring in your car for service and the only words you can use to describe the issues are adjectives?
