Very courteous and professional service department. Called Matt Carlsen the service advisor and he immediately set up an appointment for the next day. Everyone was wonderful upon arrival, and my car was fixed in a timely manner. When I picked my car up, it was cleaned beautifully. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
Buying a new car doesn't always have to be stressful. Originally I signed a contract at another dealership. After leaving, I noticed that the terms of the contract were not as we discussed. I decided to see what Rallye BMW had to offer. My salesperson, Bert, made my entire experience positive and even pleasant. His integrity, easy manner and reassuring ways are just what I needed. Every time I bring my car in for service the staff at Rallye BMW can not do more to make it a great experience. There is no better dealer for customer service. The service advisors, front desk people, valets are all friendly and always have a smile. I was being helped and waiting for my car, no more than 4-5 people walked by me and asked if I was being helped or if they could take care of me. Just Amazing.
Great service, you are in and out quickly.I make the appointment for 1:30PM arrive at 1:00PM was out of there by 3:00PM. Everytime i go to Rally Service Department I deal with Dennis he makes things easier. Thanks to Dennis and his team. keep up the great work.
kevin cone is allways very understanding ,he is very calm and helpfull i am so happy i have him as my service advisor i hope he stays a rallye motors it so easy when i have a problem i am all ways in and out for service thanks to kevin and to whom works on my car :)
Everything was fine. I was basically in and out within a reasonable time. The guys in customer service were friendly and effecient. The quality of work was fine. My car is under warranty so there was no charge....thank goodness. Brett is also very efficient and pleasant.
My service visit at Rallye BMW was a great experiance. The team was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. The service visit was done in a timely fashion. I have been servicing my 525 BMW at Rallye for the past 6 years and found my association with Chris Blaco, my service advisor to be a terrific experience. Chris knows my needs by now and I am treated as a person and not just a number. I find the experiece of dealing with Rallye quite satisfying.
The employees always remember me and address me by name. I am treated as a VIP even though I did not purchase my BMW at Rallye. I am always charged fair price for any work and never taken advantage of. My experience at Rallye O's always a pleasure whether I am waiting or dropping my car off to be serviced. A loaner is always offered to me if service is expected to be longer than desired. Rally is truly an exceptional dealership! I would recommend Rallye to everyone!
