I live in Brooklyn so I called the BMW dealer in Brooklyn for service.They picked up the phone and put it back down .All I heard was a dial tone.I purchased my BMW from Rallye so I decided to have them service my car.I just want to say THANK YOU.The service was excellent and the people are friendly and very helpful.Thank you to Dennis and his team.

The service was excellent compared to other service centers I went to. I didn't wait long and the consultant explained what they did on my car. The problem was corrected and I'm very satisfied. The people and the service given to my car was more than what I had expected.
Great experience at this dealership. They treat people very respectfully. I plan to purchase my next BMW here in te future. They make the BMW name what it should be. Prestige, excellence, and the best vehicle in the world. Clean atmosphere, comfortable, and a gorgeous showroom.
I had Mat before as my Service rep. He is very kind Respectful and explains what need to be done. Wonderful Personality. Always with a good attitude.All of the service people from when I drop off the car to when I pick it up are very nice.The only thing I suggest is that I feel I should be able to get a BMW loaner when needed. I just purchased a new car from Rallye. I love my car, and I love the atmosphere at Rallye. You have the feeling of a luxurious, high-end dealership, which is quite nice. The only complaint I have about the dealership is that my dealer, Richard DeAngelo, only responds by e-mail, and with a one sentence response at that. He is very nice and friendly in person, and easy to get along with in person, but he is impossible to reach by phone. Does not answer phone calls or respond to phone messages. The service at Rallye is superior as always. Usually I have an appointment for my car, but this time I didn't. We called Matt Carlson and he in turn, left us a message that if there was a problem with one of our cars, we should bring it in the next morning and he would take care of it. We have been customers at Rallye BMW for many years. In addition to the superb organization, their obvious corporate dedication to customer satisfaction regardless of the situation, I can honestly praise Rallye BMW for their CONSISTENCY of excellence. Whenever I think about leasing a different brand for my next car, I start to remember the way my family and I were always treated when we needed servicing and I realize that I would have to be crazy to subject ourselves to that standard level of dealer abuse.
